GST, RPGT to be discussed at FPC meeting

The Government’s Fiscal Policy Committee meeting to be chaired by the Prime Minister next week will discuss several key areas including the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Real Property Gains Tax (RPGT). 

Two other areas to be deliberated are subsidies rationalisation as well as measures to improve governance and work processes, said Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah today.
